Civil Wedding Ceremonies

Greenlands holds a license for Civil Wedding Ceremonies and is a wonderfully peaceful and tranquil setting in which to hold your service. Our feature rooms can cater for both small, intimate ceremonies to larger celebrations for up to 120 guests.

The average ceremony will last approximately 20 minutes following which, time will be allocated to allow you to use our extensive river frontage grounds and beautiful sunken garden for the official photographs.

However large or small your party, our dedicated and highly skilled team will work with you, both before and during the day, to ensure that your every requirement is met, from the moment you arrive until you leave us.

Make your wedding reception or wedding breakfast extra special by holding it in either our Heyworth Riverside Restaurant and Terrace, with it's floor to ceiling windows overlooking the River Thames, or alternatively we can arrange a marquee in the grounds - decorated in your chosen colour scheme.
