To provide greater flexibility of menu choice, we have several options for each course.

Our selection of arrival drinks includes old favourites such as Bucks Fizz and chilled sparkling wine but also features our speciality mulled wine. Below is just a small sample from our Wedding Reception menu selection, please contact us for our full selection:

Spring

Grilled goats cheese marinated in garlic & thyme, on a bed of beetroot purée served with toasted pine nuts

Loin of pork filled with spinach & puréed apple served with mustard creamed potatoes, asparagus spears and glazed runner beans

Rhubarb and pink champagne jelly served with vanilla & honey ice cream

Summer

Seared pigeon served with lambs lettuce, a plum tomato chutney and toasted brioche

Fillets of sea bass with roasted peppers & pesto scented linguini and green beans

Gooey chocolate pudding served with vanilla ice cream

Autumn

Tian of crayfish, smoked salmon, halibut & roast red pepper served with lambs lettuce and a lemon & mustard dressing

Roasted chump of lamb dauphinoise potatoes, roasted carrot & squash, served with a rosemary infused jus and cabbage sautéed with bacon

White chocolate panacotta with confit of orange segments served with chocolate shortbread

Winter

Parmesan mille feuille filled with tomatoes marinated in basil, a sweet red onion salsa served with puréed pear and dressed leaves

Loin of venison with parsnip purée, served with a rich red wine & shallot jus, fine green beans and individual rosemary & garlic gratin potatoes

Pecan and toffee cheesecake with white chocolate sauce
